  • Dr. Merrill Distad, Associate Director of Libraries (Research & Special Collections Services), officially launched
    the exhibition by giving a brief historical perspective on the intersection of Art and Cartography. [2 min. 15 sec.]
  • David Jones, William C. Wonders Map Collection Librarian, gave a précis of of the exhibit catalogue's
    two essays and introduced one of the two artist/cartographer's, Michael Coulis. With regrets,
    Matthew Rangel could not be in Edmonton for the opening reception. [9:00 min.]
  • Michael J. Coulis, spoke of finding his viseral connection between motion, landscape, and voice. [5:00 min.]
